Training is targeted at members of the higher education community who are interested in citizen science as a phenomenon and as a possibility, or whose research involves citizen science.
After the training, you will be familiar with:
- What citizen science is
- What are the considerations related to citizen science as a research method
- What are the prospects and challenges of citizen science
- What kind of tools there are, and where to find them, to implement citizen science from your own perspective: guidelines, resources
Trainers work as information specialists at Tampere University Library. Training is an online training session in Zoom. Training will not be recorded.
